Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu ordered Śrī Nityānanda Prabhu to preach His mission:	Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu ordenó a Śrī Nityānanda Prabhu que predicara Su misión:
“You should go door to door with Śrīla Haridās Ṭhākura and beg some alms. You should say:	“Debes ir de puerta en puerta con Śrīla Haridās Ṭhākura y pedir limosna. Debes decir:
‘I want you to put something in my bag. Chant one time Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa.’”	"Quiero que pongas algo en mi bolso. Recita una vez Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa."
From here He began.	Desde aquí comenzó.
Especially Nityānanda Prabhu never went to wealthy persons, nor to very beautiful persons, nor to very learned persons; never. He went to very general, common persons—even to those who were fallen. In India, the brāhmaṇas and kṣatriyas do not even take water touched by such fallen persons; but Nityānanda Prabhu preached amongst them. You know Jagāi and Mādhāi. Śrī Nityānanda Prabhu thought:	Especialmente Nityānanda Prabhu nunca fue a ver a gente rica, ni a gente muy hermosa, ni a gente muy instruida; nunca. Fue a ver a gente muy común, gente sencilla, incluso a aquellos que habían caído. En la India, los brāhmaṇas y kṣatriyas ni siquiera beben agua tocada por tales personas caídas; pero Nityānanda Prabhu predicó entre ellos. Conoces Jagāi y Mādhāi. Śrī Nityānanda Prabhu pensó:
“They are very good persons to preach to.”	“Son personas muy buenas a las que predicar.”
He went from village to village, and He preached amongst those who were fallen. He preached everywhere.	Fue de pueblo en pueblo, y predicó entre los caídos. Predicó por todas partes.
I know that Śrī Bhaktivedanta Swami Maharaja, my Śikṣā-guru, also did like this. He never went to those who lived in palatial buildings, to very wealthy persons, nor did he go to any king, or minister. He first went to hippies. These hippies were very attracted to him, and he made them happy. Gradually, from there he started his mission, by chanting under a tree in Tompkins Square Park:	Sé que Śrī Bhaktivedanta Swami Maharaja, mi Śikṣā-guru, también actuó así. Nunca visitó a quienes vivían en palacios, ni a personas muy ricas, ni a ningún rey ni ministro. Primero fue a ver a los hippies. Estos hippies se sintieron muy atraídos por él y los hizo felices. [All the devotees chanted the maha-mantra with Śrīla Nārāyaṇa Mahārāja one time, in the same tune that Śrīla Prabhupāda chanted in Tompkins Park]. He never saw who was following him or not, nor did he see who was sitting there or not. Only his karatālas were there. His eyes were closed and he was chanting, [referring to the melody they had just sang] absorbed in that pathetic tune. And sometimes the hippies would dance, taking wine and other things. They would say to him:	"Śrī Kṛṣṇa-Caitanya, Prabhu Nityānanda, Śrī Advaita, Gadādhara, Śrīvāsādi, Śrī Gaura bhakta Vṛnda. Hare Kṛṣṇa Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Hare Hare, Hare Rāma Hare Rāma, Ramā Ramā Hare Hare [Todos los devotos cantaron el maha-mantra con Śrīla Nārāyaṇa Mahārāja una vez, en la misma melodía que Śrīla Prabhupāda cantó en Tompkins Park]. Allí o no. Solo estaban allí sus karatālas. Tenía los ojos cerrados y cantaba, [refiriéndose a la melodía que acababan de cantar] absorto en esa patética melodía. Thus he preached, and so many came and became happy. Young, very beautiful, energetic persons came. Ladies also came, like Jadurāṇī and Vṛndāvana Vilāsinī, and all of them became happy. This was the very beginning, and very soon Śrīla Swami Mahārāja made many preaching centres and established book distribution. He also made so many editions of his magazine. His one magazine, (BTG), became very popular all over the world. He translated so many books, and gradually they were also distributed all over the world. At that time there were very beautiful young ladies. They used to go here and there, to airports, to markets, and everywhere. They knew no shyness. They gave up all these things for preaching, and that is why you are now seeing devotees all over the world. At that time most of the senior Vaiṣṇavas were brahmacāri’s. Davendranātha was at that time a very beautiful, young brahmacāri of 15 years. And Tamal Kṛṣṇa, Jayapatāka, Bhagavan, and all others were like that. After Śrīla Prabhupāda’s departure, however, many became very weak and hopeless.	Así predicó, y muchos vinieron y se alegraron. Llegaron jóvenes, muy bellos y enérgicos. También vinieron damas, como Jadurāṇī y Vṛndāvana Vilāsinī, y todas se alegraron. I also don’t want to go to wealthy persons, to beautiful persons, or to very learned persons. If they will come, oh, they will ruin everything. I know it is very hard to control them. So I want that we go to common people and preach. I am not seeing that same enthusiasm and spirit which was there during Śrīla Prabhupāda’s time. You should have the same spirit—and then you can preach. Go door to door. Don’t be afraid that:	Tampoco quiero ir a ver a gente rica, a gente guapa ni a gente muy instruida. Si vienen, ¡ay!, lo arruinarán todo. Sé que es muy difícil controlarlos. Así que quiero que vayamos a la gente común y prediquemos. No veo el mismo entusiasmo y espíritu que había en tiempos de Śrīla Prabhupāda. Deberías tener ese mismo espíritu, y entonces podrás predicar. Ve de puerta en puerta. No temas que:
“He will beat me with a wine bottle.”	“Me va a pegar con una botella de vino.”
Never.	Nunca.
Don’t fear.	No temas.
Nityānanda Prabhu went to Jagāi and Mādhāī and said:	Nityānanda Prabhu fue a Jagāi y Mādhāī y dijo:
“What are you doing?	"¿Qué estás haciendo?
You should chant Hare Kṛṣṇa just once.”	Debes cantar Hare Krishna solo una vez.
”OH, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa”	”OH, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa”
And they followed.	Y ellos siguieron.
So I want the same spirit. The books should be distributed everywhere, and preaching should also be in that spirit. Don’t think:	Así que quiero el mismo espíritu. Los libros deben distribuirse por todas partes, y la predicación también debe hacerse con ese espíritu. No pienses:
“I don’t know anything, I am so weak.”	“No sé nada, soy muy débil.”
Kṛṣṇa will give intelligence. I was also very weak, like dry straw. But then I became so strong to preach and serve my Gurudeva, Oṁ nitya līla praviṣṭa Viṣṇupāda Aṣṭottara-śata Śrī Śrīmad Bhakti Prajñāna Keśava Gosvāmī Mahārāja. All qualifications are gradually coming and helping me, even though I am now in old age. So you are not weak. The ātmā is not attained by any weak person:	Kṛṣṇa te dará inteligencia. Yo también era muy débil, como paja seca. Pero luego me volví tan fuerte para predicar y servir a mi Gurudeva, Oṁ nitya līla praviṣṭa Viṣṇupāda Aṣṭottara-śata Śrī Śrīmad Bhakti Prajñāna Keśava Gosvāmī Mahārāja. Even ladies should be strong—like Draupadī. Her father Drupada Mahārāja made a pillar, on the pillar he placed a moving cakra, after that was a fish, and on the fish were two eyes. And he then told his assembly:	Incluso las mujeres deben ser fuertes, como Draupadī. All the kṣatriyas were trying but they were not successful. Bhīṣma Pitāmaha took his bow and arrow, and he was ready to shoot. But Draupadī at once came and said:	Se fijó una fecha y todos acudieron: todos los Kauravas, Duryodhana, Karṇa, Bhīṣma Pitāmaha, Kṛṣṇa y Baladeva. Arjuna y los demás Pāṇḍavas también vinieron, disfrazados de brāhmaṇas. Todos los kṣatriyas lo intentaron, pero no tuvieron éxito. Bhīṣma Pitāmaha tomó su arco y flecha, y se dispuso a disparar. Pero Draupadī llegó de inmediato y dijo:
“Are you willing to marry me?	¿Estás dispuesta a casarte conmigo?

Then Karṇa came, and he wanted to shoot, but Draupadī boldly came again and asked:	Entonces llegó Karṇa y quiso disparar, pero Draupadī volvió audazmente y preguntó:
“Who are you?	"¿Quién eres?
What is your name and who is your father?”	¿Cómo te llamas y quién es tu padre?
Karṇa became upset, but Draupadī continued:	Karṇa se enfadó, pero Draupadī continuó:
“I don’t want to marry you because you are an unknown person. I don’t even know who is your father and mother. So please tell me. If you are a kṣatriya, and if you are very strong, then tell me who you are. If you do not tell me, then I don’t want to marry you, because you must be a śūdra-putra, the son of a charioteer, or any servant.”	“No quiero casarme contigo porque eres un desconocido. Ni siquiera sé quiénes son tus padres. Así que, por favor, dímelo. Si eres un kshatriya y eres muy fuerte, dime quién eres. Si no me lo dices, no quiero casarme contigo, porque debes ser un śūdra-putra, hijo de un auriga o de algún sirviente.”
Karṇa became so upset. Nobody had ever spoken to him like this in his whole life. Feeling insulted, he threw down his bow and arrow, became very angry, and said:	Karṇa se enfadó muchísimo. Nadie le había hablado así en toda su vida. Sintiéndose insultado, arrojó su arco y flecha, se enfureció y dijo:
”I will take revenge. I must take revenge.”	“Me vengaré. Debo vengarme.”
Kṛṣṇa was looking on. He could have shot the fish. He was a better archer than Arjuna, Bhīṣma Pitāmaha and all others. But He and Baladeva Prabhu were just sitting there and watching. They were giving a chance to that brāhmaṇa boy. When that brāhmaṇa boy came, all the others asked Draupadī:	Krishna estaba observando. Podría haber disparado al pez. Arjuna then went to the arena and very easily shot the eye of the fish. All the kings present there began to make war against him. They said:	Entonces Arjuna fue a la arena y le disparó al ojo del pez con mucha facilidad. Todos los reyes presentes comenzaron a declararle la guerra. Dijeron:
“We will take Draupadī forcibly.”	“Tomaremos a Draupadi por la fuerza.”
But Kṛṣṇa and Baladeva came and said to these kings:	Pero Krishna y Baladeva vinieron y dijeron a estos reyes:
“If you come, we are ready to fight.”	“Si vienes, estamos listos para luchar.”
So Draupadī was so bold. Be bold like Draupadī. Don’t think that you are ladies. Preach and go on your path—be very straight and very bold. You should all try to preach and distribute books. By this, we will again very quickly preach all over the world.	Draupadi era muy valiente. Sean valientes como ella. No se crean damas. Prediquen y sigan su camino; sean muy íntegras y valientes. Deben predicar y distribuir libros. Así, pronto volveremos a predicar por todo el mundo.

The story now is going towards the past when Nar and Narayan go in deep meditation in the Himalayas. Due to their piousness and deep meditation, the throne of Indra is in trouble. Indra wants to break the Samadhi or meditation of them. Hence, he sends his beautiful apsaras to attract towards them and break the meditation.

When the meditation is broken, Nar sees the apsaras, he creates one much beautiful and elegant from his thigh. This is how the most beautiful apasara of Lord Indra takes birth. He names her as Urvashi and tells them to take her as his gift to Indra and again goes in meditation.

The Nar and Narayan are the future Krishna and Arjun in their next rebirths.

La historia se remonta al pasado cuando Nar y Narayan meditan profundamente en el Himalaya. Debido a su devoción y profunda meditación, el trono de Indra se ve amenazado. Indra quiere romper su samadhi o meditación. Por ello, envía sus hermosas apsaras para atraerlas e interrumpir la meditación.

Cuando la meditación se interrumpe, Nar ve las apsaras y crea una aún más hermosa y elegante de su muslo. Así nace la más hermosa apasara del Señor Indra. Él la nombra Urvashi y les dice que la lleven como regalo a Indra, y de nuevo medita.

Nar y Narayan representan a los futuros Krishna y Arjun en sus próximos renacimientos.
